What's new in Version 17.4

1. New Preference for Compare/Parallel: Default Bible, Bible to use when the current Bible is Compare or Parallel in Highlight Range, Notes Add/Edit verse from/to, Verse list, etc. The options:
   1. Default: old behavior, the first Bible in the alphabetical list or the first in the Top Bibles.
   2. Preferred Bible in Popups: the preferred translation for OT/NT under the Popups section.

Bug Fixed in Version 17.4

1. Wrong Dropbox icon in Sync Backup History.
2. Hebrew/Greek doubles in size in Popup Merged Bible and Cross-references.
