Bugs Fixed in Version 15.9

1. Search Bible for Highlight or Tags will cause a crash if a verse is found and the Bible chosen doesn't have it and Show Highlights search preference is checked. For example, NT-only Bible and there's a highlight or tag in Gen 1:1.
2. Edit Cross-Reference and Edit Notes details in Split view may pick up the last split column's Bible as the default Bible instead of the Active split column.
